Pepsin separation using magnetic affinity sorbent

Abstract

Prepared magnetic microspheres containing immobilized synthetic heptapeptide (Val-D-Leu-Pro-Phe-Phe-Val-D-Leu) were used for the affinity separation of porcine pepsin.
