Electrophoretic mobility of the capsid protein of the plum pox virus strain PPV-REC indicates its partial phosphorylation

Abstract

SDS-PAGE profile was found reproducible for capsid protein (CP) of Plum pox virus (PPV) isolates belonging to the strain PPV-Rec.
