Preliminary characterization of multiple hyaluronidase forms in boar reproductive tract

Abstract

Multiple forms of hyaluronidase (EC 3.2.1.35) in boar reproductive tract were studied using electrophoretic methods. Two forms of the enzyme were detected in boar seminal plasma that differe in their affinity to heparin ad pH optimum.
