Molecular phylogeny of European Trametes species based on LSU and ITS (nrDNA) sequences

Abstract

Phylogeny of all European and one American species of the genus Trametes in relation to the genera Coriolopsis, Lenzites and Pycnoporus was studied using the molecular data.
