Identification of heterochromosomes in Xenopus laevis

Abstract

Identification of Xenopus laevis heterochromosomes by sex-linkage genes. Determining the aminoacid sequence of these genes which is then followed by RT-PCR, cloning, DNA sequencing and chromosomal localization of genes by FISH-TSA method.
