2002

Abstract

The study was orientated at the evaluation of the complex behavioural expression of children by means of seven selected components of nonverbal communication: mobility, social cooperation, distance from the nearest child, eye contact, acoustic communication, intensity of acoustic communication and hand behaviour. The influence of certain biological and social factors (age, gender, a diagnosis of MBD-hyperactivity, coexistence with grandparents, education of parents, type of family, number in the sequence of born children, number of children living in the family, temperament) was also considered.
