Abstract
The research which are presented in the report are part of the project '10 years of social transformation in the CR and SR' which has been funded by Grant Agency of the CR. It is composed of two parts: (i) the theoretical discussion of the concept of institutional change, and (ii) case studies of the changes in the selected organisation: manufacturing firm, software firm, bank, hospital and HE institute.
