Abstract
In 1995, Viktor Knapp published an article called „O právnických osobách“ in The Lawyer. In his article he expressed an enormous scepticism to the importance of any theory of legal entities.
Quite contrary, he supported the explanation of legal entities that is based on findings that are inferred from positive law. The main focus of this article was to critically examine both Knapp’s theory of legal entities and the conclusions that result from his pragmatic explanation of legal entities.
