The main objective of the article is the critical edition of the oldest charter desposed in the archive of Jablonec nad Nisou. The source concerns the visitation of Lavant bishop Ditrich in women's augustinian convent in Kirchberg am Wechsel in 1322 (1323) where a struggle for wearing habit and changeover of the observation (towards dominicans) burst out.
Beside the edition with analysis, the authors aim for the medieval history of the Kirchberg convent and retraced the "journey" of the charter from the Austrian monastery to the archive of Jablonec nad Nisou.
