The article discusses the last aerial victory gained by Czechoslovak airmen on the Eastern Front during WW2. Sergeant-Major Richard Husman (later better known by his stage pseudonym Filip Jansky as author of the famous novel by Sky Riders who in 1968 served a film adaptation, a former air gunner of the No 311 Czechoslovak Bomber Squadron RAF, on 16 April 1945 - already a member of the 3rd Czechoslovak Ground-Attack Aviation Regiment in in the USSR - did around Olza (on the Czech-Polish border) shot down a German plane.
