Abstract
The article deals with the application of private claims in the German adhesion management and focuses on the first phase of adhesion proceeding, ie all conditions that must be met in order to corrupt that the court could admit his claims. Special attention should therefore be paid time and content conditions for the proposal, persons who are authorized management to initiate adhesion and demands that can apply adhesive proceeding.
