Criminal liability in connection with taking decision by collective bodies

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of criminal liability in connection with collective decision-making bodies. The authors are with regard to the specific case law focusing on the one hand, the criminal responsibility of individuals for the consequences of decisions adopted by the collective body and also criminal liability of legal persons as perpetrators of crime.
