Abstract

Social firms have become the economic subjects that integrate the disadvantaged groups at the labour market mainly at the community level. Among the main features are economic prosperity, social benefits, respect for the environment and community outreach.

The profit has to be re-invested in the subject of business activity. Social firms also follows the rules of so called standards which differentiate them from the one-sided for-profit behaviour of common economic subjects.
