Abstrakt

Non-forest woody vegetation is an important feature of rural landscape. It provides a lot of important functions as it used to in the past.

The article concerns with importance and functions of non-forest woody vegetation in landscape, their changes as well as possibilities of its legislative protection and maintenance or restoration by different subsidies.
