Abstract

The submitted text is designed for pedagogues, who have had or want to have a look themselves at the teaching of the cross-curricular topic, media education, and also for Czech and other experts in touch with the field of media pedagogy and the integration of media education into the Czech school system. The author gives an overview of an offer of methodological materials in Czech, which teachers at Czech primary and secondary schools can take advantage of the use of media education.

It describes in more detail the basic and abundant methodological materials and manuals for teachers, accessible textbooks and also offers a list of Internet sources.
