Abstract
The chapter is a supply to multicultural education of physicians. It defines the terms as: ethnic group, minority, majority, cultural stereotypes.
The article is following the correct dealing of medical stuff and health care workers with minority members and draws attention on basic reasons of misunderstanding and conflicts. It advises how to prevent the conflict situations and how to establish therapeutic cooperation with minority members.
