Abstrakt

New liquid chromatography method for the determination of (R)-warfarin and (S)-warfarin was developed, validated and applied in vitro studies with the aim of evaluating the same accumulation of warfarin enantiomers in the hepatoma HepG2 cell line. After purification of samples using solid phase extraction, the chiral separation of warfarin and p-chlorowarfarin enantiomers was performed on an Astec Chirobiotic V2 column.
