Baroinactivation of Staphylococcus epidermidis - mathematical model and its verification using human and cow milks

Abstrakt

The objective of the study was to acquire baroinactivation data of St. epidermidis and to develop a mathematical model. This model was verified using pasteurised human milk and UHT treated skimmed cow milk.
