Abstract
The article is noticing the differences in health state not only among different countries but also among the people within one country. The differences are caused by degree of education, social status, employability, living or habitation style, life style etc.
In health care is very important category called equity in render care. There are interpreted some models explaining the relationship between social factors and health state (models are enforced social-economic factors or health behavior of people or biological factors).
There are discussed social differences in health during puberty and adolescence and also mechanisms effecting health state during economic recession.
