Abstract
The authors describe required procedure for application approval to execute work on experimental animals in vivarium. Subsequently, information on actual preparation, execution of experimental operations, sample collection for laboratory tests is provided.
Obtained results must be carefully evaluated as it is not possible to transfer them at large to human medicine.
