Evaluation of oxidative status in acetaminophen-treated rat hepatocytes in culture

Abstrakt

The paper shows the results of evlauation of acetaminophen toxicity in rat hepatocytes cultures. We described the enhanced oxidative stress and affected functional parameters of hepatocytes dependent on acetaminophen treatment.
