Abstract
Anemia contributes to increased morbidity and mortality of patients with chronic kidney disease. Whereas hemoglobin (Hb) levels are regularly monitored in hemodialysis patients, there is a lack of this information in pre-dialysis patients.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of anemia among CKD 2-5 patients, to investigate related factors and to explore anemia management.
