Chlorophyll content of Plešné Lake phytoplankton cells studied with image analysis

Abstract

Using image analysis, chlorophyll autofluorescence was measured in cells of green alga Monoraphidium dybowskii and in filamentous cyanobacteria in the vertical profile of small acidified lake.
