A pilot study of pharmacokinetically guided dosing of oral methotrexate in the initial phase of psoriasis treatment

Abstrakt

This pilot trial aims to investigate if monitoring of plasma MTX and pharmacokinetically guided dosing at the start of therapy reduces the interindividual variability of the steady-state MTXPGs concentrations in RBC and whether such approach could help to improve the efficacy and/or safety of psoriasis therapy with oral MTX.
