The conjunetiva, sclera and cornea in the internal diseases (xerophthalmia, icterus, hemorhagic, disorders, arcus senilis). Examination of the lips and mouth.

Tongue makroglossia, the surtace of the tongue (Hunter's glossitis). Oral mucosa xerostomia, graphite spots.
