Abstract

Failed back surgery syndrome is persistent low back pain or pain in the legs after surgical intervention in the spine. Spine with its sophisticated and vulnerable structure is often pain generator.

In average- 15-20% patients after spine surgery suffer from any kind of pain in legs or back. Effective cooperation among surgeon, neurologist, physiotherautist is absolutelly fundamental for terapeutic success.
