Abstract

A case report of 50-year-old patient with tick-borne meningo-encephalo-myelitis after incomplete vaccination against TBE who was working as a forest gard in a high endemic region. The clinical course and the laboratory diagnosis confirmed tick-borne infection.

The work recommends the application of 3 doses complete vaccination in persons in high risk of infection.
