Therapy of resistance grampositive bacterias in Haematologic department, Faculty Hospital, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic

Abstract

The possibilities of infections therapy are discussed. On the basis of bacterial resistance surveillance are submitted possible approaches of antibiotic therapy.

In the acutely ill patient, empirical antibiotic therapy is critical and should be administered without undue delay.
