Using restricted-access materials and column switching in high-performance liquid chromatography for direct analysis of biologically-active compounds in complex matrices

Abstrakt

This review deals with the principles and practical applications of the use of restricted access materials (RAM) incolumn-switching HPLC technique. The review is aimed at the advances in the development of the analysis and sample pretreatment of different samples (biological matrix - plasma, serum, urine, food samples, environmental samples and proteomics) directly in HPLC column-switching systems.
