Abstract
Guidelines focused on diagnostics and therapy of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Risk factors and differential diagnostics were discussed.
Prevention and non-pharmacological therapy is a basis. Pharmacology of hormonal substitution, alendronate, risedronate, ibandronate, stoncium ranelate and fluorides are specified
