Screening and diagnosis of congenital disorders of glycosylation

Abstrakt

The aim of this paper is to present a survey of investigations which may be useful in the diagnostics of congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDG), ever expanding group of diseases. Evaluation of various analytical approaches and proposed algorithm of investigations complete the review.
