Abstract

The article summarises the subanalysis of results of adjuvant administration of donepezil in schizophrenic patients stabilized on risperidone. Analysis is a part of double-blind randomized study 'Donepezil as an adjunctive treatment of cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia'. Cognitive performance was found in negative correlations with the length of the illness, the age, negative symsptoms, and with the number of hospitalizations.

Pozitive correlation was found with the length of education. We did not find any demographic or psychopathological characteristics related to response to donepezil.
