New reverse stationary phases and their use for separation of biologically active peptides

Abstract

Two different silica-bonded stationary phases, one including C18 group, Supelcosil C18, and second modified by pentafluorophenylpropylsilane, Discovery HS F5, were tested. The separation of some pentapeptides was compared and diferences were discussed.
