Chiral Separation of Selected Profens with Vancomycin as Chiral Selector in Capillary Liquid Chromatography.

Abstract

CLC was used for two types of direct chiral separation of acidic profens. Achiral capillary column and vancomycin as the mobile phase additive versus vancomycin based CSP with achiral mobile phase were and both separation arangement were compared.
