Preparation and characterisation of moleculary imprinted monolithic columns.

Abstract

The structure of newly prepared monoliths was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen/mercury porosimetry. The dependence of polymer morphology and chromatographic behavior of columns on polymerization mixture composition was studied.
