Abstract
This article introduces the possibilities and limits of liberalization of social care in the Czech Republic. The legislation and current situation of social care in the Czech Republic seems as objectively unsustainable.
The options of reform are just preparing by Ministry. One of the real directions is liberalization of the provision of social care services - especially change in the financial flows and roles of the different actors.
The article introduces the results of the expert discussion with the theme of liberalization which were argued recently. The main message of this paper is the interpretation of these results and recommendations for liberalization.
