Abstract
This article summarizes the results of dissertation, which dealt with the case study method of the transfer of citizens of German nationality after the Second World War from the borderlands of the North Moravian Velké Losiny village. Comparing of the development of the originally populated Bludov village and the newly populated Velké Losiny village were monitored the impact of this transfer on the current community in Velké Losiny.
The development of these villages was analysed in seven periods and in eleven categories, which were selected on the basis of secondary analysis of studies and research. The comparative study showed that the transfer of the original German community influenced contemporary popular culture, languages of daily communication, the relationship of citizens to their home and settlement type, living conditions and architecture.
