Abstract
Textbooks basics of the Czech constitutional law, European Union law and international law. At the same time attempt an unusual grasp of constitutional rights through its principles, rozřazených the principles of a democratic state, liberal state, the welfare state, the rule of law, constitutional law and principles of statehood.
