The multidrug resistance and apoptosis evaluation in acute myeloid leukemia cells after the in vitro doxorubicin treatment

Abstrakt

Relationship of the after-doxorubicin-treatment-AML cells apoptosis and immunophenotype, selected clinical and laboratory parameters were evaluated. The relation between AML blast in vitro reaction and some clinical parameters was observed.
