Abstract
Laboratory methods to detect markers of multiple drug resistance P-gp, MRP, LRP and markers of apoptosis, Bcl-2 and Bax were established. The correlation between the percentage of blasts and expression of MDR and Bcl-2 together with correlation between the expression of MRP and Bax and LRP and Bax was found.
