Abstrakt

Continuous monitoring of interstitial blood flow and metabolism of skeletal muscle by interstitial mycrodialysis in patients with ischemic heart disease during cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass and during early postoperative care. Comparison of 2 standard methods of cardiopulmonary bypass (normothermia vs. hypothermia) by comparison of changes in interstitial blood flow and metabolism of skeletal muscle during cardiac surgery procedures.
