Process automation of the electrodeposition step for the coupled in-situ electrodeposition ET-AAS technique

Abstract

A new manifold for coupled in-situ electrodeposition ET-AAS determination of analyte in samples with a complex matrix was constructed and tested. The appropriate software (graphical development environment LabVIEW) for control of all electrodeposition steps was developed.

Realizations of this approach run to complete automation of a whole process and fully disable autosampler of ET atomizer; thereby in-situ electrodeposition with all types of atomic absorption spectrometer can be performed.
