Cytokine and chemokine mRNA expression during in vitro infection of phagocytic cells - current state of study

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the expression of eukaryotic genome of the phagocytic cell after infection with microorganism, in paraticular after infection with Francisella tularensis.
