An unusual case of a primary cutaneous Absidia corymbifera infection in a premature newborn twin successfully treated with low doses of iv. amphotericin B and topical natamycin is described. Epid. and therap. aspects of the case are disscused an in vitro antifungal suscptibility data are presented
