Protein and phospholipids composition of human myocardium in children with congenital heart disease

Abstrakt

Congenital heart disease are associated with abnormalities of protein and phospholipids profile in both atria and ventricles of heart.The analyzed tissue samples were obtained during surgery of children with normoxemic and hypoxemic congenital heart disease.
