Abstract
236 nurses from 14 departments of the teaching hospital participate in this study. These nurses answer 7 questions in anonymous questionnaire.
We found out statistically significant differences between nurses of surgical and internal departments. The nurses feel better at internal departments and in dealing with sterss situations they have betters support of their co-workers.
