Impact of diuretic on atrial contribution to systolic volume in sequentially paced patients

In 24 DDD paced patients, atrial contribution (ACi) was estimated from changes of the oximetry signal, induced by switching from DDD to VVI. Weight (W), blood pressure (BP)and the ACi were taken at a steady state, after infusion, and after furosemide.
