DNA analysis by flow cytometry in diagnosis of monoclonal gammopathies

Abstract

Significantly increased proportion (p=0,0016)of myeloma cells in S phase was found in patients suffered from multiple myeloma compared with MGUS patients by flow cytometry cell-cycle analysis of myeloma cells in bone marrow.
