Criteria in evaluation of the immunoblot in the diagnosis of lyme borreliosis using borrelia afzelii, borrelia garinii and borrelia burgdorferi sensu stricto

Abstract

Immunoblot was prepared from genotypes Borrelia afzelii(KC90),Borre. garinii(M192) and Borre. burgdorferi sensu stricto (B31).Sera of 63 patients with different forms of Lyme borreliosis were examined and 40 healthy donors in endemic area of the disease.
