Dominant portion of thyrotropin-releasing hormone receptor is excluded from lipid domains. Detergent-resistant and detergent-sensitive pools of TRH receptor and Gqalpha/G11alpha protein

Abstract

In our present work we show that in contrast to G proteins and caveolin, dominant portion of TRH receptor (fluorescent version with GFP) does not occur in these membrane structures, which might be isolated by different procedures.
